FolioGreen in a minute

What is FolioGreen?

Software for the companies that look after interior plants and green walls for their clients. It is built to keep every client, site, display and plant asset in one portfolio, record each care visit display by display, and turn that record into a Plant Care Report, with scheduling, proposals, invoices and payments in the same place.

Who is it for?

Interiorscapers, plantscaping companies, green-wall specialists and plant leasing businesses, and the people in them: owners, account managers and the technicians on the route.

Who it’s for

Is it a houseplant app or a plant identification app?

Neither. It isn’t for plants at home and it doesn’t name plants from photos. It is the operating record for a business that cares for plants at its clients’ sites.

Does anything reach my client without me?

No. Care Proposals, Care Invoices and Plant Care Reports go to your client only when you send them, and the emails about visits only when you turn them on.

Founding access

Is FolioGreen live today?

Not yet — FolioGreen hasn’t launched. Everything on this site shows what it is being built to do; each scene is an illustration, with invented clients and sample data.

What does requesting founding access commit me to?

Nothing. You receive launch updates by email after you confirm your address, and you can unsubscribe at any time. It doesn’t create an account.

When will I get access?

At launch. Founding access requests are the first to hear when FolioGreen opens.

03

The plant portfolio

What is a display?

A defined planting area inside a client’s site: a lobby planter, a reception green wall, a breakout area. Each display holds its plant assets and its own care history.

The plant portfolio

How are green walls handled?

A living wall is recorded as a display of its own, or as one display per section for a large wall, so condition, watering and replacements are logged where they happened.

Green walls

How do health scores work?

The technician scores each plant’s condition on the care visit, and the scores roll up to the display, the site and the portfolio. The scale and its labels are being finalized before launch.

What goes into a Plant Care Report?

A KPI card, a summary drafted for you to edit, health and condition, inventory changes, before-and-after photos, incidents, a financial summary and your recommendations.

04

Day to day

Can I set up recurring care visits?

Yes. Give a care plan its day, time and rhythm once, from weekly to every six months, and every visit lands on the Care Calendar with your technicians assigned.

The Care Calendar

Can I send proposals, take deposits and invoice?

Yes. Price the work once in a Care Proposal, let your client approve it online, take a deposit, and send the Care Invoice from the same lines when the work is done.

Proposals and invoices

Does it work on a phone?

FolioGreen works in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer, so technicians can record the care visit on site.

05

Price and languages

What will it cost?

Three plans, The Specialist, The Operation and The Portfolio, priced in your country’s currency, monthly or yearly. FolioGreen launches with a 14-day free trial of The Operation, no card needed.

Which languages will it work in?

FolioGreen works in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

06

Your details and your data

What do you collect when I request founding access?

Your full name and work email, the time you gave consent, the page you came from and the anti-abuse details used to stop spam, as the privacy notice explains.

Who can see my company’s records?

Your company and the team members you invite. Your clients see only what you send them.
